Bd-a services all phases of design, from feasibility studies through construction observation and project closeout.  Bd-a has never focused on any one particular project type, rather taking every experience as a growth opportunity, utilizing the knowledge base of all types as the whole, Architecture.

Dunkley's design experience includes; apartment remodels, single family homes, multi-family restoration and energy efficiency redesigns, condo/sponsor complaint assessments, corporate interiors, restaurant/bar design, hotel projects, architectural branding projects, public schools, laboratory buildings, facade design, enclosure review and architect of record services.

In the Owner Representative role Bd-a is particularly suited given our experience on the ‘other’ side of the table.  We defend owner interests actively in either role.  However, as Owner Rep we are able to more closely monitor all aspects of the project, including owner acquisitions, contracts, ongoing review of project timelines and budgets, hosting and running regular project meetings to name a few.  Full lists of services can be provided upon request.
